The experience below was gained by Cairn's principal before the company's formation. It is presented separately from Cairn corporate past performance and will be used only where an acquisition permits consideration of key-personnel experience.

Experience & readiness
Cairn distinguishes company performance, principal experience, and authorized partner experience so evaluators can assess each accurately.
Cairn’s principal is a retired Army Sergeant First Class whose experience spans enterprise IT, intelligence operations, training, operational leadership, quality control, security, and accountable management of mission-critical resources in the United States and overseas.
Relevant experience includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Army and DoD users; ServiceNow incident management; Active Directory and identity support; Microsoft 365; Azure Virtual Desktop; VPN, PKI, MFA, and mobile-device support; plus queue, SLA, knowledge, and escalation management.
Leadership experience includes organizations of more than 25 personnel, training-readiness programs supporting more than 60 personnel, an eight-person team performing continuous 24/7/365 operations, and train-the-trainer instruction for more than 70 instructors and curriculum developers.
Prior Army experience includes signals intelligence, collection management, intelligence analysis and reporting, indications and warning, Korean-language support, operational quality control, SCIF leadership, and intelligence oversight responsibilities.

Cairn is building its corporate performance record. When a solicitation permits key-personnel, subcontractor, supplier, or teaming-partner experience, Cairn will identify who performed the work and Cairn’s proposed responsibility accurately.
