What to expect today.
Who is Cairn Core being built for?
Owner-led small government contractors who need to organize opportunity research, readiness decisions, and the work that follows. It is particularly relevant to businesses using suppliers and qualified delivery partners.
Can I subscribe today?
Public subscriptions are not open. The current workspace operates privately for Cairn. You can explore the interactive sample demo or request a conversation about future access.
Does the demo use live opportunities or AI?
No. The public demo uses fictional records and prewritten responses. The private application has SAM.gov search/import, award research, and advisory AI brief integrations.
Does Cairn Core submit bids or certify compliance?
No. Readiness checks and AI briefs support your review. Submission candidates require human verification against the complete solicitation, attachments, and amendments.
Does it monitor opportunities while I am offline?
Not currently. Watched notices are checked daily while the private workspace is open. Unattended monitoring and email alerts are not enabled.
What is included in the business-record modules?
CRM organizations, people, and manual interaction records; contract details and next milestones; manually entered cash-readiness items; and a document metadata index. Banking connections and general document upload/download are not available in these modules.
Can I store sensitive government information?
The current environment is for public and ordinary business information. It is not approved for CUI, classified information, or export-controlled data.
What will it cost?
Launch pricing has not been finalized. Future pricing and included usage will be published before public subscriptions open.
